Description:
This is an opportunity to join worldwide community of developers that create and deliver fast and innovative media and networked applications for the most popular media platforms.
Our customer is a group of media channels that consists of 9 entertainment TV channels. We are building multiplatform and multitenant applications that consist of smaller pieces that are hooked together via API to make more flexible applications.
Requirements:
– 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (at least 1-1.5 years in test automation)
– Good knowledge of concepts and theory of software testing and development life cycle.
– Good knowledge in Java
– Experience in Java-based testing frameworks and developing automated test scripts for Web, Android Mobile/TV, Apple (iOS, tvOS) or Roku platforms (preferable tech stack is Java, TestNG, Maven, Selenium WebDriver, Appium).
– Experience with OTT platforms like Android TV, Roku is great advantage.
– Good communication and problem-solving skills
– Intermediate English or higher

Job Responsibilities:
– Manual functional testing of web, mobile (Android, iOS) or OTT (Apple TV, Android TV, Roku) applications
– Designing test cases, reporting defects
– Working closely with QAs, developers, product owner, designer during features development
– Participating in test automation activities (developing and maintaining automated test cases according to the project needs)
– Analyzing regression test runs and providing feedback to the team
– Participating in daily meetings, plannings and other scrum ceremonies
– Communication with the client
