Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Required skills
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Software Testing
English – at least intermediate
Good understanding of STLS, testing types and levels and practical experience with them
Has working experience in test design using different techniques and approaches
Working experience in test coverage analysis and improvement
Good working experience in creating main Software Testing documents: test plans, test cases, test reports, bug reports
Good knowledge and experience in Requirements review
Good knowledge of defect life cycle
Working knowledge of Linux, including configuration and system internals
Experience in logs analysis
Experience in Embedded systems testing based on Android OS
Practical experience with task/defect management (Jira/TFS), document management (Confluence), test management Zephyr/MTM/TestRail systems
Good estimation, prioritization and reporting skills
Good communication skills
Desired Skills
Experience in the design/analysis of Android-based systems
Experience in testing/development of navigation systems
Experience in CI tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)

Work in the team in close collaboration with developers, managers, and customer
Contribute to product quality and improve it using a defined Test strategy
Assure that work products related to testing meet established quality criteria
Contribute into test planning, estimation activities
Review and analise product requirements
Perform test design by creating test cases, check lists, decision tables. Improve and optimise test coverage
Perform functional testing on integration and system levels, non-functional testing
Create the test artifacts: Test Reports, Bug Reports wirh further analisys
Test results reporting to Test Lead
Communicate the testing progress, any blockers or risks to Test Lead
Communicate with the Customer on demand
