Requirements:
-
5+ years of relevant experience in user experience, visual design or interaction designer role developing web-, and mobile app solutions with a solid understanding of UCD, HMI
-
Work experience in an international team, close communication with clients, design and development teams

Demonstrated success of systematic & creative design thinking; creating effective user-centered design solutions. Ability to design within technical constraints and advocate your decisions

Solid knowledge in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and visual design with the ability to design intuitive user experiences based on product requirements & vision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to share and explain insights and results in simple and powerful terms to a variety
-
Ability to transform strategic direction into high-quality design artifacts from total systems to individual elements, create high fidelity designs including detailed interaction flows and visual design mock-ups

Shape, maintain & expand existing design system

Strong understanding of accessibility standards

Strong ability to think technically and collaborate seamlessly with the development team

Fluency with common design software

Portfolio that representing your skills

English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Job Responsibilities:
Create and support successful products (web, mobile) from research to delivery
Work with project management and make precise estimations
Work with client and business development to identify market opportunities, new features and issues
Be a part in on-site workshops and work sessions with internal and external teams
Conduct market and user research
Create a consistent product line according to client requirements
Create prototypes, define metrics and types of tests
Argue and advocate design decisions
Define and validate design deliverables
Collaboration with front-, back-end engineers, QA
