Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on SIEM and SOAR technologies.
• Expertise in Azure Sentinel and related Microsoft security tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)


Job Responsibilities:

The Sentinel Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Azure Sentinel SIEM solutions. This role serves as an expert within the SOAR technology area, ensuring seamless integration and operation of security tools.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and execute standard procedures for Azure Sentinel administration.
• Perform operating system security hardening and capacity planning.
• Manage change processes for analytics, workbooks, playbooks, and notebooks.
• Conduct version and patch management.
• Use Azure Log Analytics for data collection, query development, log integration support, and reporting.
• Validate and enhance log data to support monitoring and alerting.
• Manage lifecycle upgrades and integrate other Microsoft security tools into Azure Sentinel.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Sentinel SIEM and security architectures.
• Provide consultation on information security designs to project teams.
• Ensure seamless operation and data flow between systems, including ServiceNow integration.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align security solutions with customer needs.
