We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Kyiv.
Yes, you will face a lot of difficult end-user support tasks and will spend hours going through technical manuals and specifications to solve them.
Yes, you will be dealing with demanding internal clients asking the same question over and over again.

Experience with Windows 10 install, setup and troubleshooting
Experience with end-user hardware/software problem solving and troubleshooting
Experience in customer service
Good communication skills to build business relations with Management/Employees/Colleagues/Contractors
Ability to work in a team and under customer pressure
Intermediate knowledge of English
Nice to have:
Experience with Linux, MacOS install, setup and troubleshooting
Windows 10, Linux, MacOS
Prepare and deploy user workplace equipment
Registry and manage tasks in ticketing system (Jira)
Communication with users and internal departments representatives
Provide onsite and remote support for end-users (software & hardware)
Provide support for office and meeting rooms equipment (projectors, printer, etc.)
Take part in internal IT Projects
