Description:
Direct Vet Marketing doing business as Vets First Choice, provides online pharmacy services to veterinarians in the United States.
Requirements:
- Dynamic professional with 10+ yrs of experience having development background using Java tech stack
- Should have 3+ yrs of prior experience in support operations management profile
- Should have the ability to consult with the customer on current state analysis and improving Application and Infrastructure monitoring and maintenance on AWS tech stack
- Should be experienced in defining SLAs/KPIs, developing, monitoring and maintaining the metrics (team productivity, system health, availability of system etc.)
- Capable of delivering the work based on defined SLAs/KPIs
- Should have good experience of doing the RCA and define corrective actions/plans for reducing the issues volume
- Should have experience of reporting the status and performance of support teams to internal and external management/stakeholders at different levels and on regular basis
- Should have proven experience of innovation at work for the improvement of service efficiency
- Should have experience of managing 24×7 global support teams across different geographical locations
- Should have excellent communication and support teams management skills
- Should have proven experience of managing customers with directing interactions with customer stakeholders, understand their issues/needs come up with viable solutions
- Experience of working in Agile environment and good knowledge of Scrum and SAFe
