Description:
2023 onwards, while enhancing the existing features, we are looking at rolling out new features such as capturing and continuously monitoring insurance information, leveraging data to provide a more responsive training program, and re-imagine Safety as a stand-alone product.
Requirements:
· 4-6+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
· 3-5+ years of architecture experience with significant design responsibilities.
· Hands-on experience with Java, REST, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate and JPA.
· Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and
domain driven design.
· Experience with modern web development such as AJAX, HTML5 / CSS3,
single-page applications
· Experience working with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS
· Proficiency with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks, preferably ReactJS
· Experience troubleshooting issues and lead to resolution
· 3+ years of experience working in Agile (Scrum) environment
· Excellent English and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
simultaneously.
· Self-motivated, eager to learn and adapt
· A proven history of delivering quality and reliable software
Job Responsibilities:
Candidates will be joining a small team supporting a growing product, Safety. This product currently consists of revenue generating features providing 1) Driver Safety training and 2) One-time or continuous Motor Vehicle Record monitoring, all through integration with external vendors.
