Description:
You will be the Technical Program Manager for a specific program. You will clearly communicate and discuss the status and progress of the current program with the customers & Globallogic leadership team. You will be the key player and be responsible for the account’s delivery & organic growth.

Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in the IT industry with 5+ years of relevant work experience in both technical and non-technical program/project management
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
- Experience building processes, project management, and release schedules
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
- Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
- Expert in using project management tools like Jira.
- Accountable, can do and get things done attitude, independent and resourceful
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the goal post is changing constantly
- Experience with designing and building large-scale tech solutions
- Experience prioritizing competing demands, scoping large efforts and negotiating timelines are necessary skills
- Candidate should be technology savvy with exposure to IT transformations (not mandatory)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.

Job Responsibilities:
- Program/Senior manager who has independently led and managed different types of projects/programs (end to end).
- Experience in managing project deliverables by providing regular project updates & status reviews to stakeholders.
- Experience in building a good rapport with stakeholders. Presents viewpoints and complex ideas in a comprehensible manner.
- Familiar with processes, tools, and metrics related to project/program management & Agile (Scrum) Methodology
- Experience of working on client Proposal, SOWs, and Change orders
- Setting up and leading governance, tracking timeline & milestone
- Creating business case, Project Charter, Project Plan, RACI matrix, and other tools
- Manage project/program level risk/issues and ensure mitigation
- Forecasting, creating, managing budgets and resources.
- Manage changes to the project/program scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate techniques
- Manage Organization communication on the roadmap, upcoming changes, value propositions
- Manage internal stakeholders, keeping them informed, helping them align their procedures with new changes
- Track and create RCA for Program delays, Production issues, and critical path missed
- Adopt and execute agile practices
- Ensure quality assurance procedures on each story and task
- Facilitating agile ceremonies, tracking action items
- Help team with estimations techniques, sprint planning, and tracking
- Create dashboards to track productivity, progress, and other KPIs
- Help product owners with the roadmap, epics, and user stories and manage backlogs.
- Escalate and resolve platform, other products, and org level impediments
- Building and maintaining all key engineering delivery timelines
- Ensure consistency in practices, vocabulary, and framework across teams.
- Keep the engineering side of the project on schedule, and all parties on track and informed
- Coordinate dependencies, keep track of the critical path and expose risk to the roadmap
- Provide key outward status updates on metrics, program/project status, and other initiatives
- Be involved in global engineering leadership meetings
- Provide detailed updates in support of the preparation and management of leadership
- Interface with all necessary team members including, potentially, members of senior leadership
- Ability to communicate concisely clearly and with confidence with senior leadership
- Excellent ability to motivate others to complete their assignments without being a Chief Chasing Officer
