Description:

Are you a passionate Automation Tester working with Java? If yes – we have an exciting role for you!

We create software for leading navigation and map provider for Tier 1 OEMs in the automotive industry. These are high availability and high usage services responsible for delivering location data to OEMs, used for both navigation and autonomous driving. We also work on customers’ internal backend solutions such as billing platforms. As Globallogic we are responsible for the delivery of JAVA-based APIs, enabling: product management, customer management, and providing usage records. Our work covers software design and implementation, quality assurance: functional (mainly automated), performance, acceptance, e2e, and integration testing. We are working according to agile (SCRUM) methodologies, cooperating with customer teams from various locations.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in automated testing
    • Exposure to various tools test and defect management tools like JIRA, Zypher, etc.
    • Good knowledge of test automation using Java
    • Working knowledge with Microservices Architecture and experience in API Testing
    • Hands-on experience in building API/Web Services test automation framework
    • Knowledge of Postman/JMeter
    • Very good communication
    • At least intermediate knowledge of English – both spoken and written 
    • DevOps know-how – would be a plus

Job Responsibilities:

    • Execute and maintain tests
    • Add new test scenarios based on user stories
    • Create test report
