Description:
We are looking for a Test Manager for an innovative project in the automotive industry. We are trying to combine software competencies and further expand them, building on a heritage of providing automotive innovation for everyone.
The project is involved in the development of a new and better platform for electric cars. A key role in this concept is played by intelligent energy management functions. Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in test management or as a QA Lead
- Experience in Automotive testing and SAFe or Agile development
- Understanding of Automotive Quality requirements
- Ability to discuss with engineers on a detailed technical level
- Good people management skills and not afraid to push back on challenges
- Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into a testing approach
- Knowledge about requirements according to quality and correct functionality of software
- Knowledge in analysis and evaluation of found defects and feature development for support of software development
- Very good English (both written and spoken)
Job Responsibilities:
- Leading test team
- Defining the overall quality assurance approach, testing strategy for the project and verification methods
- Participate in the requirements analysis and definition of the test specifications
- Being responsible for appropriate requirement mapping to test cases and the definition of the acceptance criteria
- Creating the test plan and monitoring the progress of the testing activity for the project
- Cooperating with the release manager
- Maintaining quality dashboard
