Description:
We are looking for a Travel Desk Analyst to join our team Employee Services!
Requirements:

Responsible for coordinating the company’s travel needs.
-
Ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
-
Must have 1-2 year of work experience in the Tourism industry
-
Organized and detail oriented
-
Demonstrated decision-making and problem solving skills
-
Should be able to work by phone outside of normal business hours, during evening and weekends for any problem resolution related to travel
-
Excellent communication skills
-
English Upper-Intermediate. Advanced. (both verbal and written)
Job Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for travel arrangements and should be well versed with any online booking tool / GDS Should be confident to self book reservations for air travel, hotel, car, rail and ground transportation for both domestic and international travel using company’s online booking tool

All bookings should be in accordance with corporate Guideline and Policy

Support corporate as well as small group travel reservations.

Obtain appropriate approvals for all travel requests

Arranging and support travel for incoming guests (hotel/apartment booking, from/to the airport transfers organization, etc.)

Understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences
-
Responding quickly and proactively to client requests
-
Should be flexible to work 24*7 and flexible to adjust with working time of international time zones

Respond to emergencies after business hours and weekends
-
Identify most suitable as well as best quality service with reasonable possible rates
