Requirements:
- Experience working in HIL/SIL/MIL environments
- Experience with developing or using testing frameworks
- Experience in one scripting language (e.g. Python) or test automation tool
- Good knowledge of agile test methods and test automation
- Familiarity with software version control (e.g. GitLab)
- Experience working with global and distributed teams
- Knowledge of CAN and analysis tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Very good English (both spoken and written)
- Experience with model-based development tools such as Matlab/Simulink – nice to have
- Experience or knowledge and understanding of an Automotive OEM – nice to have
- Experience with dSPACE products – nice to have
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe – nice to have
- Good understanding of automotive testing standards – nice to have
- Good knowledge of state-of-the-art software construction and integration methods and tool chains – nice to have
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on simulation and modeling framework development and maintenance for the xIL platform
- Develop tools for CI/ CD workflow management, database management for simulation artifacts
- Work closely with plant modeling, soft and virtual ECU teams, functional design, architecture, integration and testing teams
- Work on strategy, roadmap and methodology determination, benchmarking, training and technical documentation, driving deployment adoption and continuous improvement of the xIL modeling framework
- Be responsible for continuous integration, delivery methods, test automation and rollout
- Work under agile test paradigms (TDD, BDD, ATDT, etc.)
