About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled 5G C-RAN/O-RAN Developer to join our team in developing and evolving cutting-edge Cloud RAN solutions. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and testing software and/or hardware components that power the next generation of mobile networks.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software/hardware components for 5G C-RAN/O-RAN solutions, including Centralized Units, Distributed Units, and related interfaces.
Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities for 5G C-RAN/O-RAN C-RAN platform, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work closely with system architects and other team members to define and implement optimal solutions that meet customer requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and stability of the C-RAN software/hardware.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to C-RAN functionality and performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in C-RAN technology, 5G standards, and industry trends.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying telecom solutions, with a strong focus on C-RAN/O-RAN technologies.
Strong understanding of C-RAN architecture, principles, and functionalities.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Software Development: C/C++, Python, Go, real-time operating systems, Linux kernel development.
Hardware Development: FPGA design, digital signal processing, RF engineering.
Networking Protocols: LTE, 5G NR, TCP/IP, Ethernet, O-RAN interfaces.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, VMware, OpenStack) and cloud-native architectures is a plus.
