Description:
As Sales Leader, you will manage and grow a set of existing Hitech accounts, actively pursue relationships, and generate business with new prospects within the assigned accounts.
Requirements:
Experience required:
A minimum of 10+ years of sales experience
Proven experience of selling engineering services into ISVs, software, internet business sectors
Proven track record in new business acquisition
Expert understanding of the technology needs of target segments
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and develop key relationships with existing/new clients to grow sales revenue
Work directly with senior decision makers; Chief Technology Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Product Officer and their teams
Deep engagement with customers to understand their needs and build/ nurture long-term relationships
Conduct client presentations, proposals and negotiations
Own the sales funnel across the entire sales process – from sales lead to close

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be $160,000 to $190,000 and reflects base salary only. This does not include any additional bonus/variable compensation, benefits etc that may be applicable for the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
