Description:
Our project is focused on quality assurance for mobile telecommunication modules (M2M, IoT) which use cellular technology 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G. Modules are industrial-grade products, which provide any system with the ability to communicate over a cellular network – voice and IP provision.
You will work on cutting-edge technologies, which are used in telecommunication, security, automotive, supervision, metering, and many other areas of the market. Your daily duties will include providing technical support for our customers and field application engineers to incorporate wireless modules in their projects.
Application Engineer position joins 3 main fields around M2M: hardware, software, and networking. Requires holistic and multi-aspect approach to each individual case. Cooperation with the team is essential for problem solving as each member has their specialization/expertise.

Requirements:
We are looking for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or final year student of IT, Telecommunications, Electronics, or similar for the position of Application Engineer.
Required skills:
- Practical experience with technical documentation (datasheets, protocol descriptions, application notes)
- Good knowledge of Polish and English, spoken and written (min. B2 level)
- Practical basic knowledge of hardware, including:
– fundamental electronics principles,
– digital interfaces (UART/i2C/SPI),
– experience with own/university electronics projects which used an MCU (Atmel/Microchip, STM, ESP8266/ESP32, other),
– hands on experience in soldering, - Practical basic knowledge of programming languages like Python and/or C/C++
- Writing simple scripts for running tests and programming basic functionalities into MCU for test purposes
- Analytical skills, independence, resourcefulness, communicativeness
- Self-motivation and ability to drive ideas to completion
Nice to have:

Experience in customer service is an advantage (helpdesk, ticketing)
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering necessary information for analysis
- Analysis of application issues and problem solving
- Testing, validating, and reproducing of reported issues
- Technical support of our clients
- Writing/designing applications for customers
- Defect report and cooperation with the R&D department
