We currently have a need for a .Net Developer. This position is ideal for individuals who have the drive and desire to ‘make things’. It requires a highly motivated individual with attention to details and a hunger to learn and solve problems.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development with .NET, MS SQL
Experience with docker, composer, git, jira, nginx
Knowledge of software development, patterns and architecture
Experience with test-driven design and Agile methodologies
Good understanding of Internet technologies (HTTP, SSL, TCP)
Knowledge and experience in web application security
Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
BS degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Job Responsibilities:
This position is 60% hands on development and 40% supporting production
Partner with Platform Operations in the analysis and estimation of future work impacting team
Support medium- and long-term efforts from Platform Operations
Produce best in practice monitoring for immediate visibility into health of components of platform
Manage, design and participate in development of multiple concurrent front-end and server-side
software development projects in a fast-paced multitasked environment
Assist with technical resolution of issues on mission critical production and development systems
