Description:
Due to intensive growth, GlobalLogic Automotive department is glad to invite a Senior Automotive Embedded Engineer to become part of the GlobalLogic Automotive team.
We are looking for a professional Senior C Embedded Engineer with experience on full software development life cycle.
Our customer is an international company, one of the largest Tier 1 vendors in the automotive industry. The Company is cooperating with the world’s biggest car manufacturers, providing them with high-quality, cutting-edge, and comprehensive automotive computing platforms.
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Automotive domain
- Excellent programming experience in C within Embedded environment
- Proven experience in working with embedded operating systems
- Good understanding of modern automotive architecture
- Automotive software development experience with communication interfaces and protocols experience (CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, MOST, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of real-time coding techniques, interfaces and hardware subsystems
- Linux userspace and kernel space development experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills (English) and teamwork attitude
Preferences:
- Low level drivers
- Microcontrollers architecture knowledge
- Working knowledge of embedded operating systems, including Linux and QNX
- Working experience in BSP development, optimizations, troubleshooting and hardening
- Experience in Automotive Audio/Video processing
- Experience in automotive cameras support
Job Responsibilities:
- Participation in projects of cutting-edge automotive market related technologies
- Design and development of software in the area of automotive using C language
- Ability to design solutions involving multiple services based on ambiguous requirements
- Collaboration with other team members & external stakeholders on elaboration of technical design
