Description
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements
Should be working as Assistant Manager. Strong People management skills. Capability to handle large team-size(120 HC)
Knowledge on SLA, TAT & metrics related to Productivity, Quality, Shrinkage, Attrition, Absenteeism, Performance review etc.,
Should have excellent communications skills.
Should have industry experience in managing large-scale projects.
Good project management experience, ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders and proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Open to shift timings and flexible to stretch work hours based on business requirements

Job Responsibilities
1. Project/Delivery Management: Responsible for managing end to end process.
Provide status around planned V/s progress across delivery functions to internal and external stakeholders. Provide accurate status based on various measurable delivery parameters including Capacity & Scope
2. People and Performance Management: Managing a large size team. Drive performance management across the workforce by applying and implementing best in class performance metrics. Define, implement and measure different KRA (Key Result Areas) for the workforce leading overall performance improvement. Define and implement a tangible action plan based on the measurement of different KRAs. Drive performance improvements across the project for areas which need immediate attention.
3. Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations across stakeholders (Internal support teams and clients) in terms of overall service delivery. Liaison as a change agent to have common understanding on different topics where potential conflicts are there. Strong in communication with tactical approach in order to address issues of varying complexities
