Job Responsibilities

• Help team apply the Scrum Metodology
• Coordinate activities between our client and our team
• Provide 1:1s, guidance and support to our team
• Measure the team velocity, capacity and all the metrics requires to show the team progress
• Detect issues and help the team solving them.
• Must be a self-starter and proactive
• Must work well in a team environment, interacting with both IT and Business stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
