Description
We are responsible for building a best-in-class loyalty platform for internal and external tenant programs. This platform powers the incentives that drive differentiation for our travel offerings which lead to increases in both conversion and overall customer lifetime value for EG and our partners. Our team is charged with evolving our capabilities to support new business models and fuel growth for the largest loyalty programs within the travel industry. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven technologists to be part of a growing team of loyalty enthusiasts.
Requirements
• Apply holistic, customer-focused approaches to drive the content strategy in your product area.
• Use human-centered design methods to design, craft, and test content solutions that address real customer challenges.
• Orchestrate a clear and compelling voice and tone — even if you don’t own all the content — across complex product areas.
• Identify and use scalable frameworks (e.g., matrixes and other structured documentation) to tackle structural problems with product content.
• Design content solutions to improve systems, overcome technical constraints, and reduce content debt.
• Apply UI frameworks, modularity, localization, reuse, and related concepts to design content solutions that scale.
• Use both qualitative and quantitative insights and business analytics to drive content insights and solutions.
• Partner across teams to improve the accessibility, inclusion, readability, and translatability of product content.
