Description

The HRBP function is dedicated to partnering with GlobalLogic business unit leaders to maximize the potential of our greatest asset – our people. We embrace change and the opportunity it brings. This position is temporary replacement for a maternity leave of our current HR responsible person (planned for cca 1,5 years).

Requirements

    Expectations:  

    • Bachelor of social sciences (economics, psychology) or professional certification in the field of HR

    • Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience

    • Fluent English (writing and speaking)

    • Extensive knowledge of MS office, Google workspace – Meet, Drive, Sheets

    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.

     

    Nice to have:

    • Experience working in large and fast growing environment

    • Experience in IT service companies

     

Job Responsibilities

    KEY RESPONIBILITIES of HR Business Partner:

    • Create and implements business unit talent plan strategies in partnership with leaders to resolve challenges and help in growth
    • Act as a proactive and individual Business Enabler in predicting market trends, its evaluation and implementation of HR related topics
    • Set up all HR processes in accordance with our culture and way of work
    • Analyze trends and critical People metrics in partnership with the business to develop solutions, programs and policies which cover business needs and any potential risks
    • Together with Business Leaders Develops strategies aimed to raise the employees’ engagement
    • Consults with line management, providing People management guidance when appropriate
    • Coordination of Compensations and Benefits processes and its administration in GL Croatia (market overview, salary and benefits reviews).
    • Support and advisory to Managers in resolving difficult employee relations issues
    • Onboarding of new employees and preparing all relevant HR documentation
    • Participation and coordination in all projects associated with the area of Human Resource – local and global one
    • Keeping a record of staff development, performance management and monitoring individual progress
    • Maintains administrative HR generalist functions (employee documents, requests, annexes, internal local policies, handling local HR audit documentation)
