Description
Employee Services is one of the internal departments that deal with all general administration and facility topics. The Team is spread between a few offices which are located around Romania. The team is often involved in many local and global topics and projects. The person joining will have a great possibility to be part of a diverse global team and gain knowledge about work of our department in other Globallogic countries.

Requirements
- Work experience: 0-1 year
- Education: secondary school or Bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge and skills:
- Intermediate English level in writing, reading, speaking; advanced Romanian language
- Skills in using MS Office sufficient to perform required file operations, create and process documents, tables, plan tasks.
- Skills in using office equipment.
- Theoretical knowledge in telephone liaison, meeting visitors, office manager’s etiquette.
- Personal qualities: good communication skills, both teamwork and individual work skills, quick learner, conflict management skills, multitasking.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Employee Services department (defined in employee’s contract).
- Process shipments and collect sent post (post office, couriers, mails, customs, deliveries).
- Maintain Front-Desk.
- Handle Visitors in the office, distribute calls.
- Prepare documents, materials and information necessary for work and his or her tasks completion.
- Perform information search, gathering and processing of documents and information needed to perform his/hers tasks.
- Provide required information and reports without delay.
- Process tickets on Jira Help Desk.
- Manage company flats.
- Work on any other administrative tasks (scanning, faxing, support to employees, support management).
- Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
