Description
Customer is a British multinational oil and gas company headquartered in London, England. It is one of the oil and gas “supermajors” and one of the world’s largest companies. The company operates in all areas of the oil and gas industry, including exploration and extraction, refining, distribution and marketing, power generation, and trading.
Requirements
• Analysis needs to be strong in the mobility space (industrial devices, handheld devices, smartphones), having worked with MDM solutions previously
• Having a technical mindset
• Strong stakeholder skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Willingness to help other members of the team to reach their end goals
• Strong experience with Agile practices
• Driving initiatives to the end
• Strong can-do attitude
• Ability to hit the ground running especially as a consultant (critical for this stakeholder)
• Come forward with ideas, run workshops, etc
• User experience skills, or working with end users (critical)
• Must also have a strong personality and not want to ‘hide away from the team
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and document business requirements (As-Is & To-be), work with an architect to determine feasible solution options and provide recommendations forward with options, pros and cons.
- Acts as product SME for the product, developing a position as a trusted advisor.
- Manage requirements through the end-to-end solution delivery lifecycle through sprint
- Work with businesses to gather the requirements and formalize specifications for custom development
- Close alignment with the Business and Scrum team to align on the product roadmap, demand pipeline, capacity, and capability requirements.
- Support the creation and prioritization of technical backlogs.
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to improve products and services.
