Description
As a DevOps Engineer specializing in Salesforce, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing a Salesforce environment, implementing CI/CD pipelines if required, and ensuring the stability and performance of Salesforce deployments. You will work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other IT team members to support the end-to-end deployment lifecycle and improve our Salesforce infrastructure.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role with a focus on Salesforce environments.
Salesforce Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and development.
CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar.
Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Salesforce DX or Copado.
Experience with Conduktor Platform (for Apache Kafka management)
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Salesforce Platform Management: Administer and optimize Salesforce environments, including configuration, integration, and custom development.
- CI/CD Implementation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar platforms.
- Deployment Automation: Automate deployment processes for Salesforce changes, ensuring consistency and reliability.
Monitoring and Performance: Monitor Salesforce environments for performance issues and implement solutions to enhance system stability. - Collaboration: Work with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures; provide training and support to team members as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce deployments, integrations, and performance.
