We are looking for a Senior manager / Team Lead to join our german organisation to manage a team and deliver successfull projects to our customers.

The Senior Manager / Team Lead position will play a vital role in the growth and expansion of our german employee and customer base.
You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to establish strong customer relationship and improve services to maintain customer satisfaction. You will participate in management and project meetings and may perform administrative tasks, such as managing team performance and controlling service quality, financials and forecast.

The Senior Manager / Team Lead is an experienced, well rounded leader with a successful track record of delivery, program and project management, gained in 10+ years of experience in the German market. He/She should have a good understanding of delivery processes, people management, resourcing, finance, budgeting, and business development. He/She should knows how to engage people, how to foster/activate the right GL culture in the team.


Job Description
The wanted Senior manager is disciplinary responsible for a team of up to 30 employees and the a group of customers/projects. The senior manager is expected to manage the utilization, billability of the assigned employees and drive their technical and personal development. The senior manager needs to take care of a succesfull execution of the Projects in time and budget and should maintaine a good customer releationship to enable high customer satisfaction and business growth.

Strong knowledge of project management theory

Job Responsibilities

Maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders.
Review customer orders and plan and coordinate delivery activities
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.
Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.

Ensuring seamless delivery on the projects in scope
Resolving escalations and critical situations on the projects within the team
Maintaining and developing a good relationship with existing clients

Business Growth
Works closely with sales team to grow the business in scope
Active collaborate with sales and senior management on accounts development plans in order to propose and sell new services for existing clients in scope

Resourcing and People Management
Plans and coordinates the work of the team.
Oversees the team and ensures that they meet goals and objectives.
Supports recruits additional engineering as needed.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Plan and control pool/bench of the team.
Provides mentoring and plans training for the team.
Facilitates a positive atmosphere within the team and foster a culture of equal opportunities and inclusion
Supports company strategy in the team through tailored goals (MBO), initiatives and priorities down the management chain

Finance and Budgeting
Approves forecast for revenue, headcount, and profitability of the Delivery using corporate tools as submitted by Program Directors and Division Heads
Budget owner of DM budget
Creates an annual plan for Germany Delivery
Reviews P&L of the Germany Delivery and ensures profitability is within the target. Takes margin improvement actions if required
Plan and control cost of pool/bench and predictive hiring in Germany

Works closely with direct Manager, Recruitment, HR and other internal departments for smooth execution of delivery plans.
Works closely with relevant delivery stakeholders in other countries and regions for jointly growing business and executing shared projects.
