Description
Join our GlobalLogic team in Szczecin and become a Test Manager. The team works in the SCRUM methodology and consists of 8 people and works on designing and implementing embedded software for the electronic control units of the cars as well as related tools and frameworks.
We are committed to modern development methodologies and tools like continuous integration, agile development, and test automation to design and implement innovative and high-quality software.
GlobalLogic team is responsible for the development, integration and validation of multiple middleware applications and services for the current and next-generation car lines. We work in areas of remote software update, telematics & connectivity, context-aware systems, and application platforms.
As you join us, in the scope of the engagement you will take management leadership over the QA team working for various solutions for automotive middleware components. The scrum process is established with the good support of internal tools and well-established Scrum rituals.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in QA and Test Automation
- Understanding test strategy and test plan role
- Experience in creating test documentation
- Experience working with Python
- Hands-on knowledge & experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban etc.) software development methodologies.
- Self-organization and proactiveness in daily work
- Excellent communication skills
- Facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in the automotive domain
- Certificate ISTQB Test Manager Advanced Level
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain Test Plans and Test Strategy documents
- Facilitate to ensure on-time service execution and delivery of high-quality software
- Take part in planning and prioritizing testing activities for different parallel projects
- Facilitate and support the development process
- Prepare and review the project documentation
- Share status and report issues
- Influence the process effectiveness by sharing ideas and improvements proposals
- Make sure the processes are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures to constantly improve operational effectiveness
