Description
The Portuguese Language Specialist will be responsible for providing expert language support to ensure clear and accurate communication across various platforms. This role involves translation, localization, and linguistic analysis, as well as contributing to the development of multilingual content strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong language proficiency, a deep understanding of cultural nuances, and experience in a professional setting.
Requirements
- Freshers/ Experienced candidates with B1 or B2 certification in Portuguese Language
- Excellent written skills in Portuguese and English
- Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo)
- Must be willing to work from office & in 24X7 shifts (Rotational – 5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
- Must be ready to join immediately
Preferences
- Any Graduate with B1 or above certification in Portuguese language
Job Responsibilities
- Designed/ Update maps to provide transparency and updates on the status of their various online services.
- System Status Page, This is the primary source for real-time information about the operational status of the services. It includes updates on service availability and any ongoing issues across the ecosystem, including applications & maps services.
- Provide geographic data on service outages or issues. While detailed, region-specific maps are less common, the System Status page often indicates if there are widespread issues affecting multiple regions.
- Publish incident reports or updates that describe the nature of the issues, estimated resolution times, and any relevant details about affected services.
