Hard requirement:
Spark and Java/Scala
Kafka is a soft requirement as long as Apache Pulsar, AWS Kinesis
Also:
BI Tools : Informatica, Control-M, Looker, Oracle Exadata, Oracle TopLink, Apache Storm , Oracle Responsys (transactional and campaigns), Tealium.
Developer who has very good knowledge of SQL queries (Joins etc.) and can write these sql queries in Spark on Scala Framework.
