We are looking for a OTC Specialist to join our team.
The accounting department is responsible for preparing the financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, paying bills, billing customers, payroll, cost accounting, financial analysis, and more.
The billing team as a part of the accounting department is responsible for the timely execution of Order To Cash process (e.g.invoicing process, and revenue recognition according to US GAAP and AR collections).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with economics major OR min. 1 year experience in Finance&Controlling
English (spoken/written – advanced C1/C2)
Analytical abilities
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Effective communication skills in a multicultural and international company
Willingness to show initiative
Job Responsibilities
Keeping financial records, including professional and timely execution of the invoicing process
Preparing financial reports
Controlling the receivables
AR Collections
Contacting foreign customers
Supporting sales team in preparing offers for customers
Verification of formal accounting documents
