Description
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements
Overall 8-10 years of experience with at least 2 years as Scrum Master (preferable from a developement background)
1. Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
2. Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban etc.
3. Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
4. Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team.
5. The experience in applying a wide variety of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example: various Burndown technologies, many Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
6. Excellent communication and mentoring skills
7. Should have CSM or SAFe certification (SAFe is preferred).
8. Scrum Master certifications, excellent soft skills -collaboration, communication and presentation, Experience in Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
9. Experience of working and interacting directly with US clients
10. Experience of handling multiple scrum-teams simultaneously

Job Responsibilities
1. Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and bring value to the client
2. Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
3. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
4. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
5. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
6. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
7. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
8. Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
9. Scrum Master certifications, excellent soft skills -collaboration, communication and presentation, Experience in Atlassian Product Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
10. Communicate and work directly with US client for ensuring the smooth working of the offshore teams
11. Handle multiple scrum teams
