Description
Our project is focused on enhancing channel partner program productivity and profitability by automating marketing, sales and operational processes.
Our customer is US-based company Zift Solutions, the Enterprise Channel Management leader and long-term business partner of GlobalLogic.
We’re looking for a Senior AQA Engineer to join our team and help continue the growth of Zift Solutions channel marketing platform. We are looking for talented individuals that have a strong sense of accountability and urgency in meeting tasks, able to work independently, as well as within a cross-functional team environment.
Successful candidate will work in a friendly team through all phases of product development including design, implementation and release. We encourage our engineers to study new technologies and bring fresh ideas that can benefit the project.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software automation testing;
- At least upper-intermediate English, good communication skills;
- Great at multitasking, comfortable working with and delivering under deadlines;
- Programming experience in object-oriented programming languages – JavaScript, Java;
- Understanding and experience in quality assurance methodologies, techniques, and approaches;
- Attention to details and creativity in approaches to problems;
- Experience using automated testing tools. Knowledge of Cypress testing framework is a plus;
- Technical background in web applications;
- Experience with JIRA, Bitbucket;
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
- Experience in Agile software development processes;
- Experience testing REST web services;
- Solid knowledge of backend application testing;
- Some previous leadership experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Development of automated test scripts – UI tests, tests for REST API in particular;
- Conducting test cases, test results reporting;
- Reviewing code, implementing improvements, troubleshooting;
- Feedback to and work with Engineering and QA team members on quality issues and concerns highlighted by automated testing;
- Participate in test planning;
- Contribute to making test framework faster and more reliable;
- Staying up to date with new technologies and trends in testing, and communicating suggestions for the process improvement.
