NEW DELHI, India \u2014<\/strong>November 21, 2017<\/strong>\u2014 GlobalLogic, a leader in digital product development services, has been recognised as Best 50 workplaces in IT and IT-BPM category in India by Great Place To Work\u00ae Institute the global authority on high-trust, high performance workplace cultures. GlobalLogic has been recognised by Great Place to Work\u00ae Institute\u2019s Trust Index\u00a9 for creating and sustaining a great workplace for its employees\u2019 and assigning 2\/3rd weightage to the voice of employees. This is measured through anonymous surveys conducted across these organizations.<\/p>\n

The study conducted by Great Place to Work\u00ae Institute saw participation across organizations from various sectors, including IT and IT-BPM. Out of these, the Top 50 were conferred the honour of being among India\u2019s Best Companies to Work For in IT-IT BPM in 2017 where GlobalLogic has successfully achieved this prestigious recognition. The survey is measured through responses to a structured questionnaire shared with employees.<\/p>\n

The list was finalized using a combination of confidential employee responses and data on various aspects of work culture and people practices.
