The role involves creating efficient ETL processes to extract meaningful data from video streams, integrating with medical information systems, and preparing datasets for machine learning models. Key responsibilities include data ingestion and pipelines for AI models for surgical procedure recognition, automated video segmentation and annotation; creating data structures to support advanced analytics and reporting. Python, SQL, and big data technologies; experience in computer vision, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AWS AI services. They should also have a solid understanding of healthcare data standards.
