Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Scrum Master to join our agile team. The Junior Scrum Master will assist in facilitating agile practices, supporting the development team, and ensuring smooth project execution.
必要条件
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in an agile environment, preferably as a Scrum Master, Scrum Team Member, or in a related role.
• Skills:
o Understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
o Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
o Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
o Self-managed with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
職務内容
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Agile Ceremonies:
o Assist in planning and conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Ensure meetings are productive and time-boxed.
2. Support the Scrum Team:
o Help the development team and product owner stay on track by removing obstacles and addressing any team impediments.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
o Serve as a communication bridge between the development team, product owner, and other stakeholders.
o Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
4. Tracking and Reporting:
o Monitor and track team progress, velocity, and performance metrics.
o Prepare and distribute regular reports on sprint progress, team performance, and project status.
5. Agile Best Practices:
o Advocate for and ensure adherence to agile best practices and methodologies.
o Assist in training and mentoring team members on agile principles and practices.
6. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for improvement in team processes and practices.
o Collaborate with the team to implement and evaluate changes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
