必要条件
Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of ODI architecture, including knowledge modules, mappings, and interfaces
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
- Proficiency in SQL and database management, particularly with Oracle databases
- Familiarity with ODI agent management, scheduling, and monitoring
- Experience with ODI security management and user access control
Functional Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Ability to collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure data integration processes align with business requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and resolution
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
職務内容
- Provide technical support for ODI environments, including troubleshooting issues related to data integration and ETL processes
- Monitor and manage ODI jobs, ensuring they run efficiently and resolving any errors or performance issues
- Collaborate with development teams to implement and optimize ETL processes using ODI
- Assist in the deployment of ODI patches, updates, and new features
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Document support procedures, configuration settings, and best practices for ODI environments
- Engage with business users to understand their data integration needs and provide appropriate solutions
