Our client is one of the leading medical equipment producers in the world, with a wide range of products for hospitals, pharma, and research institutions. The Team is engaged in supporting the development of a new revolutionary device with a focus on embedded expertise and test automation. The processes are set up in accordance with the QMS, which makes the processes and documentation flows clear and straightforward. 必要条件
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Management

Experience driving presale activities, conversion from opportunity to project implementation

Experience of effective management and control of a team of engineers. Experience in delivery of solutions in Medical or Life Science domains

A clear understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS). Experience managing projects based on ISO13485 is preferred

Experience with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies

Proficiency in people management

Stong understanding of implementation control approaches and progress reporting

Experience in metrics gathering and reporting

Stong knowledge of Jira. Experience with setting up reporting dashboards
- Proactivity and initiative with setting up goals, removing impediments, establishing processes, managing scope, schedule, and budget

Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Successfull delivery of projects within different engagement models (T&M, fixed price and other)

Ensure delivery is on time and with an expected quality

Keep teams’ performance on an high level, ensure resource availability and allocation

Communicate and establish good relationships with the customer

Provide reporting about the project execution and key metrics

Foresee and mitigate the risks, take control over every aspect of the assigned project

Drive the staffing process in cooperation with recruitment and resourcing
