Our Client is one of the leading providers of a comprehensive program that enables businesses to secure brand value and thrive commercially. They serve over 5000 clients on five continents!
The project we are working on is the largest technology transformation for the Client at the moment. It consists of Engineering and Data Science functions, with 180 people globally, aligned to Trademark Solutions or Online Brand Protection Business Units. Brand Protection has large-scale web crawling and workflow web applications (including browser plugins). The platform is tracking millions of product listings each day and a dataset in excess of 150TB.

必要条件
- At least 5 years in a Scrum Master role, in an agile environment, with demonstrable experience in delivering technical projects.
- Strong technical skills, the ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in one or more roles within the software development lifecycle. This could include experience as a developer, tester, or business analyst.
- Strong understanding of agile values, principles, and frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in analysing data and processes to deliver insights, optimizations, and value to the squads
- Ability to coach and mentor team members in the use of Scrum and or other agile frameworks
- Ability to facilitate meetings and facilitate decision-making within the team
- Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to identify and remove barriers to progress, and to escalate issues as necessary
- Expert users of JIRA, such as forecasting, use of automated workflows, and creation of dashboards.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Prosci change management certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, or
engineering) is preferred, but not required
職務内容
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings, and sprint retrospective meetings
Ensure that the team follows agile values and principles and coach the team in their use of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps and - XP).
- Help the team to continuously improve their processes and practices, using techniques such as retrospectives and process improvement workshops
- Identify and remove any barriers that may impede the team’s progress, and escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within the team
- Track and manage project resources, timelines, risks, and quality.
- Work with the product owner to help prioritize and refine the product backlog
- Help the team to communicate effectively with other stakeholders in the organization, including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Designers.
- Facilitate team and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and visibility across teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the team’s progress, using tools such as burn-down charts and velocity charts.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and external teams, effectively communicating and managing expectations.
- Establish visual dashboards to provide real-time transparency and visibility to the project
