Reporting to the Senior Manager, Functional Implementation of the Deposits Core Banking module, the Senior Business Consultant is responsible for system configuration, hardware compatibility verification and test, implementation, consultative training and/or reinforcement of training, and implementation support of software applications for new and existing clients. Follow project standards within established timeframes and at defined quality levels, and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and client specifications. This position is client-facing and may require travel to the client site as the project warrants. Work performed is typically moderately complex.
必要条件
- 5 – 7 years of Core banking or banking operations experience.
- Experience with data migrations and implementations preferred (Deposits module).
- Client-facing service experience is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated project management background.
職務内容
Your deliverables as a Senior Business Consultant (Deposits) will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Act as a Business Banking expert and consult with clients to understand project requirements.
- Configure system parameters based on client needs and recommend best practices.
- Support client conversions, data mapping, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Manage project risks, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.
- Provide expertise to internal staff, deliver training, and stay updated on industry practices.
