職務内容

1. Develop and maintain the automation framework.
2. Train and lead the team to do automation testing for existing features in the application.
3. Execute test scripts and identify variations from expected results.
4. Keep management informed of testing project status, raise issues/risks as necessary and track the Quality metrics.
5. Create/track/retest software defects in designated defect tracking tool.
6. Work closely with development and product management staff to discuss defects and resolutions.
7. Participate in and provide input during QA process improvement initiatives.
