GlobalLogic, a leading software company in Ukraine, is looking for experienced marketer to join our team as Specialist in events and branded production/procurement. Our Marketing team (13 high-level professionals) promotes GlobalLogic as a top rank employer brand (best place to work) in Ukraine and far beyond.
This role belongs to the Creative Center of Excellence (CoE), a part of our Marketing Team, that takes care of events and creative production (including branded materials) for Ukraine and the entire Europe region.
This role is responsible for a full-cycle of event management (from ideation and planning to actual realization via hosting and sponsorship of any kind of professional events, reporting) and full-cycle of branded production (ideation, planning, budgeting, work with procurement and suppliers/vendors, management of branded stock).
This role requires strong event management and project management skills, also successful candidates are required to perfectly understand the process behind both offline and online events, including work with 3rd party suppliers/vendors and corporate procurement etc.
While this role is Ukraine based, it will be fully responsible for planning and partially management of events, as well as branded production and procurement for all EMEA countries of GlobalLogic presence or business interest.

Required:

3+ years of proven experience in marketing, specifically in event management and branded production;

Strong experience in event management (preferably professional offline and online events) from planning and budgeting to on spot event management and reporting;

Strong project management and reporting skills;
-
Ability to simultaneously manage variety of complex tasks and meet target of deadlines and high quality standards;
-
Experience in creative production – from ideation, project plan and budgeting to actual execution and presenting of the results (creative campaigns, visual materials etc);
-
Experience in production of branded goods – from ideation and budgeting, to management of full cycle of production and delivery;
-
Experience in corporate procurement of goods and services, understanding of tendering and procurement workflows;

Fluent English, good command of Ukrainian (both spoken and written);

Creative mindset and intention to self-development and learning new things;

Well structured and organized attitude to work; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;

Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;

Ability to learn quickly and work in a challenging environment;

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:

Experience in event agency / creative agency;

Experience in IT business;

Knowledge of Employer Branding Marketing;

Knowledge of Oracle iProcurement (as user) is a plus.

Key responsibilities:
-
Management of sponsored and company’s own events (both offline and online – mostly professional brand awareness and lead generation events) in Ukraine and other EMEA countries: from budgeting and planning to event execution and reporting;

Improve existing formats of company’s events and introduce new ideas into event planning and execution (both offline and online);

Full-cycle management of creative production that includes (but not limited to) materials for all kind of physical campaigns;

Management of company’s branded production: from ideation and planning to tendering, selection and procurement, from stock management to distribution of branded products inside the company;

Propose, develop and execute new ideas of branded production;

Work with suppliers of marketing goods and services: from budgeting, tendering and selection to day-to-day operations, including document workflow and paperwork (in close cooperation with finance and procurement departments).
