Are you an experienced backend developer passionate about leading teams and building robust systems? Do you excel in Python development and thrive in Agile environments? We’re seeking a Tech Lead – Python to drive backend development and mentor a talented engineering team.

About the Role

As a Tech Lead specializing in backend development, you will be at the forefront of developing efficient, scalable, and cutting-edge Python-based systems. Collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure our backend stack remains modern and capable of powering innovative solutions.

  • This position is extended to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Uruguay.

必要条件

  • Extensive experience in backend development using Python and Django.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.
  • Passion for backend architecture, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Databricks, PySpark, FastAPI, and cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data applications and life sciences data is a bonus.
