We process the information you provide to us in forms and correspondence, as well as in the content of any further communications. The legal basis for our activity is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). There is no obligation to provide such data, but without it we might not be able to contact you. We process your personal data in order to inform you of similar events we are organizing as well as recruitment processes underway.<\/p>\n

II. Duration of retention of your personal data<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Your personal data will be retained until you revoke your consent, or for a shorter period if they cease to be needed for the purposes for which they have been collected. The duration of retention can, however, be subject to change in the event of potential future claims or

III. Who has access to your personal data?<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Your personal data is accessible only to appropriately authorized personnel working for and\/or cooperating with companies from the GlobalLogic group, advisors, and auditors \u2013 to the extent necessary for them to perform their duties. You have the right to receive a list of data recipients. We are a global company, which means that some of the companies in the GlobalLogic group are located
\noutside the European Economic Area (EEA). In each case we apply the necessary security measures,including standard contractual clauses adopted by decision of the European Commission. In case there is a relevant legal basis, GlobalLogic may also be under an obligation to provide certain information to public authorities in conjunction with proceedings they are conducting.<\/p>\n

V. Your rights related to the processing of your personal data by GlobalLogic<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n

Access to your personal data \u2013<\/b><\/strong> you may demand information on what data we process concerns your person.
\nData rectification \u2013<\/b><\/strong> if information about you is or has become inaccurate, you have the right to demand that data is rectified.
