Description:
AWS Advisory Team
Requirements:
● Must have Experience with migration of systems between on-premises and cloud, or between cloud vendorsGood understanding of large-scale cloud solutions architecture
● At least 5-7 years of hands on experience with AWS solutions architecture
● Experience with migrating Customer data centers to AWS
● Architecting AWS across multiple technologies such as AWS, Azure, Open Source and Oracle
● Migration planning exercises and effort estimation for projects/proposals
● Architecting and implementing cloud solutions for different applications, automating cloud operations and cloud deployments
● Migration experience – an understanding of what AWS MAP is and the phases within the framework with experience in creating
○ MRA (Migration readiness Assessment) report,
○ Cutover Plan
● Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with the AWS Well Architected Framework. Must have expertise with creation of WA-R reports and remediation plan.
● Must have experience to set up and automate the creation of landing zones, ability to deploy and manage multiple environments
● At least one software development language (Python, NodeJS, Java, .Net etc.)
● Linux (RHEL, Centos) and Bash
● Understand the overall datacenter operational model and deep understanding of KPI’s
● Good communications and presentation skills
Job Responsibilities:
Consulting with enterprise customers on AWS cloud adoption including optimisation and governance. Working experience of: on-premise datacentre migrations, delivered to enterprise level customers of various sectors (Retail, Automotive, Bioresearch, Banking), across all the AWS Migration Acceleration Program phases, including application/network discovery, AWS TCO forecasting, migration planning, final migration execution.
