Description:
Within the next five years 90% of vehicles produced will include automation and advanced driver assistance systems. The way we experience mobility will radically change in a short time frame.
As a Senior or Lead HiL Test Engineer (m/f/x) you will take over technical leadership for a long-term ADAS test project. As part of an internationally distributed team, you will ensure that these systems are safe, functional and performant within the next-generation vehicle ecosystem.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills will help you collaborate and technically lead in an international team

You have strong experience with testing and are able to share best practice
-
You have several years of experience with implementation and evaluation of K-HiL tests
-
You are experienced in test automation
-
Domain knowledge in driver assistance systems, vehicle dynamics or control engineering fundamentals would be an advantage

Onsite presence in Munich is required
Preferences:
Minimum Qualifications
- You are experienced in HiL testing, with a focus on software
- You are proficient in test automation
- You are proficient in relevant experimentation software tools like dSpace ControlDesk, etc
- Fluent German skills are mandatory (C1 level)
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience with vector tools like CANape or CANoe and corresponding bus systems
- You have worked with systems like Codebeamer, Nucleos, DOORS
Job Responsibilities:

You will guide and mentor other testers, both in Germany and abroad

You will write and execute tests for driver assistance systems

You will analyze, document and communicate test results

You will be responsible for maintaining test specifications and driving test automation initiatives

Seniority: as a Lead you will have some additional responsibilities regarding team leadership, driving technical decisions and ensuring stakeholder alignment
