Description:
As a Performance Marketing Trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving a company’s online success by spearheading the development and management of its digital marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth studies of online user behaviour to design and implement strategies that ensure the company maintains a positive and prominent online presence. You will also analyse market trends and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in online marketing to incorporate innovative and effective strategies into the company’s initiatives.
As a versatile professional, you will be entrusted with a wide-ranging job profile that includes managing key areas of online advertising, search engine marketing (SEO, SEA), email marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, and web controlling. With a strong focus on organisational and analytical skills, you will conceptualise, execute, and monitor the success of the company’s digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach.
- Keen interest in SEO and SEA topics
- Passion for performance marketing and lead generation
- Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
- You stand out for your ability to effectively implement solutions and deliver measurable results.
- Communication skills in both German and English, enabling you to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Familiarity with common design tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, would be advantageous
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage SEM optimization for our customers (mainly in the automotive sector)
- Customer support and implementation for internal and external projects
- SEA Campaign implementation and KPI-based performance control
- Analyse individual channel performance and optimise for ROI and CPA
- Assist with optimising advertising accounts with a six-digit budget
- Track down new trends and test innovative marketing channels
- Create and optimise funnel campaigns and develop lead-follow-up processes
- Perform on- and offsite measures, such as link building (external and internal), pagespeed optimization, content creation, user experience optimization, and technical SEO optimization of websites.
