Description:

Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience in Wireless Network Elements on the core network and RAN products deployment and L3 Support.
• Strong experience in 3GPP protocols, SIGTRAN, DIAMETER
• Strong experience in GSM, UMTS, LTE RAN and Core Network architecture & signaling
• Strong knowledge in Virtualization is a plus
• Strong customer advocacy and relationship building skills.
• Strong technical skills.
• Strong verbal communication, project management and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to analyze and determine the most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing applicable internal resources.
• Ability to research problems and document their solutions.
• Should be ready to travel to deployments in Middle-east, Africa on short term
• Should have deployment experience, demonstrate related activities
• Knowhow of STP, DIAMETER INTERFACE NODE is added plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive customer satisfaction by expediting the resolution of all service issues by conducting bug analysis, reproduction work and engaging external and internal resources as required.
• Proactively escalate customer issues and work with Engineering to assign appropriate priority.
• Providing high quality technical support to the Operations team.
• Provide Expert Level Wireless product Knowledge Expertise and Hands on Training
• Provide onsite support.
• Complete a formal root cause analysis for resolved issues at customer request.
• Provide best effort support for customers
• Retain ownership of customer issue from creation to closure.
• Integration and acceptance test strategy
• Execution of First Office Availability on the releases.
