Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:
Work Location – Chennai – Work from client office – All Days
Experience – 3 years to 10 years
Must have/Primary Skills – C/C++, Problem solving, Embedded C/C++, Linux, Multithreading, Inter process communication, Sockets, Oops, Data structure
Embedded C/C++ programming – minimum 2 years of hands on experience
Relevant minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Linux/OS -Multi-thread programming.
Preferences:
• Inter process communication— Minimum= 2 years
• Candidate should work on C/C++ 11/14 version or above
• Knowledge of basic OOPs concepts with some hands-on experience would be good to have
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C/C++ code
· Implement performance and quality modules
· Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the scope of software development projects.
• Collaborating with the software development team on application design and development.
• Developing software and overseeing the deployment of applications across platforms.
• Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures.
• Creating end-user application feedback channels.
• Optimizing software by performing maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
• Documenting processes and maintaining software development records.
• Keeping up to date with C/C++ standards and advancements in application development.
