Description:
Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.
Requirements:

JD:
Must have:
Strong SQL Server and SSIS Developer
Able to implement complex business requirements using SQL queries
Experience in optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures
Database Administrator exp
Experience in migrating SQL Server database and SSIS Projects from one server to another
Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferences:
Good to have but not required:
Any AWS cloud exposure
Experience working in hive tables.
Experience in any one of the coding languages (Java, Python, Scala)
Soft Skill:
Strong Analytical
Logical Problem solving
Good Oral and Written communication
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing wide variety databases, particularly must be highly experienced in database backup and recovery, performance tuning, and high availability configuration.
• The ideal candidate would have familiarity in more than one database technology.
• Forward thinking infrastructure automation (DevOps, Infrastructure as Code) and advanced scripting skills.
• Collaborates with other DBAs, participates in internal projects and leads multiple initiatives.
• Provide DBA suggestions and input on direction for database domain strategy.
• Guides and provides direction for use of best practices and application database solutions to Huntington’s development teams.
• Reviews new tools and products that assist in providing database support and services.
• Design and champion cross-training program in databases.
• Plans and coordinates data migrations between systems.
