Description:

You will work in international health & safety team in an IT company as an independent specialist responsible for supervising health & safety working conditions in our locations in Poland, Germany, Sweden, Romania, Croatia and Slovakia.
We are looking for a professional of either Junior or Middle level of seniority willing to join GlobalLogic in Szczecin, Wroclaw or Krakow. You will be a part of a team consisting of 2 persons with a Manager on the top of it. If you are interested in learning more, we are looking forward to Your application!

Requirements:
- Diploma of completion of health and safety postgraduate studies/occupational health and safety engineering studies/Health & Safety Inspector Title
- Advanced Health and Safety knowledge, fluent in H&S processes
- Practical experience in working with electronic documentation flow/ Google Drive/ MSOffice
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (both verbal and written)
- Category B driving license is a must-have

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing procedures to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Conducting health & safety audits- supervising health & safety working conditions in our locations in Poland and creating electronic reports from them. Domestic (~10-12 per year) and international (~1-5 per year) delegations.
- Identification and reporting of risk factors- occupational risk assessment development without need of supervision.
- Conducting initial H&S training for new employees in the area of occupational health & safety in Polish and English couple times (~2-5) per month.
- Preparation of official documentation, training documentation; documentation flow support.
- Monitoring of general compliance with health & safety rules- reporting irregularities to respective departments. Close cooperation with the HR and Legal department.
- Active assistance in organizing health and safety committees- meeting coordinator (presentation, meeting agenda and protocol creation, collaboration with H&S manager/team lead in that matter).
- Support in the organization of external training (cooperation with external vendors regarding orders on periodic, fire safety, first aid training).
- Close cooperation with site managers on GL locations in the area of H&S improvements and implementing corrective actions. Collaboration across support departments.
