Description:
• Great communication, collaboration skills and a strong teamwork ethic with both technical and non-technical audiences
• SpringBoot and related Spring projects
• Non-relational database technologies e.g. DynamoDB
• Redis and/or MemCache
• Apache Kafka and/or Kinesis
• AWS or other cloud platform
• Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes
• Ad Tech industry
Requirements:
• Enhancing systems’ observability with proper metrics, monitors and alerts
• A willingness and desire to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams and systems.
• A sense of ownership of the projects delivered by your team and department
• A passion for mentoring, learning, and adapting to a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
• An understanding of how to define technical and operational metrics to measure system health and to manage risk.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed Remotely and the salary range will be $140,000/yr to $150,000/yr and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
Preferences:
• BS or MS in Computer Science / Engineering or relevant work experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency with Java
• Demonstrable analytical / problem solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
• Writing and reviewing a lot of code and tests
• Available for a weekly rotating On-Call support schedule
• Reading requirements documentation from the Product and translating into implementation tickets
• Reviewing, learning, and documenting software and system designs in a high throughput, low latency microservices environment
